Eve Haserot Semenoro - President
ATW Role: Chapter President, ATW Cleveland Chapter sponsored by Laurel School
Professional Role: Information Technology Specialist, Laurel School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Founded in 1896, Laurel is a nationally recognized, college preparatory, independent day school for girls, kindergarten through grade 12.
With responsibilities ranging from the complete redesign and launch of a new website, to evaluating and improving constituent database structures, Eve also works with students, faculty, staff and alumnae to enrich technology and media oriented curriculum and communications.
Throughout her career, Eve has been drawn to the intersection of art, design and technology. As a multimedia and instructional designer at Ernst & Young, she worked with all levels of management and staff in the analysis, design and development of computer based and video based interactive multimedia training and learning systems.

Mary Farrell - VP of Finance and Operations
ATW Role: VP of Finance & Operations, ATW Cleveland Chapter sponsored by Laurel School
Professional Role: Certified Financial Planner with Fairport Asset Management in Cleveland, Ohio
Provides wealth management to high net worth clients. Prior to joining Fairport, Mary was a Registered Investment Advisor with Charles Schwab.
In addition to her career in investing and financial planning over the last twelve years, Mary is a part-time entrepreneur having started four successful small businesses.
Mary attended Kenyon College, and received her Masters in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Her interest in all things international has taken her to countries around the world, and continues at home as a member of the Council on World Affairs and The City Club. She is a Laurel School alumna and is honored to be part of the new ATW Cleveland chapter. |

Elisabeth Stahl - VP Programs, Director - GREAT MINDS
ATW Role: VP Programs, ATW Cleveland Chapter
Professional Role: Program Manager for Performance Marketing and a Certified Senior Consulting IT Specialist in IBM's Systems and Technology Group
Elisabeth specializes in Industry Standard Benchmarking and Performance and has over 20 years of diversified IT management and technical experience. Prior positions include Professional Development Manager, IT Specialist, Services Specialist, Systems Engineer and Capacity Planner/Performance Analyst. Elisabeth is editor of the IBM Systems Performance Newsletter and the Benchmark Encyclopedia.
Elisabeth holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Operations Research from NYU and is ITIL certified. She is a WW IT Specialist Advisory Board member, IT Professions Review Board member, Liaison for the Systems Performance Technical Community and member of the WIT Women's Technical Leadership Forum. Elisabeth received the YWCA Woman of Professional Excellence award in 2004 and coaches young women in pursuit of technology careers through many programs, including Engineers Week and MentorNet.

Jack Cohan - Director, Membership
ATW Role: Director, Membership, ATW Cleveland Chapter
Professional Role: President, CEO of JTech Staffing, a staffing firm dedicated to identifying, recruiting, and placing IT consultants with companies in Northeast Ohio and beyond.
Jack has over 15 years experience in the IT staffing industry. As a Business Development Manager for both Cap Gemini and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Consulting Group, he was annually one of the top Business Development Manager with both Firms. As an experienced HR Manager, Jack understands the internal hiring process and inhibitors which can exist. By partnering with client staff and human resources, he uses this knowledge to help make the recruiting and selection process run smoothly and can help avoid grid-lock when on-boarding contractors.
In 2000, Jack and a partner started eXLTech, a technology solutions firm that in 2005 was awarded the Team NEO Success Award for one of the fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio. |

Louise Palermo - Director, Mentoring
ATW Role: Director – Mentoring
Professional Role: Manager of Visitor Experience, Great Lakes Science Center
Lou is looking forward to growing membership through delivery of ATW branded lifecycle programs, specifically the Mentoring programs. Works with the VP - Programs to building membership involvement through volunteerism associated with the mentoring program.
Before accepting her current position with the Great Lakes Science Center, Lou was Docent/Volunteer Coordinator in Education Departments at the J. Paul Getty Museum, Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, and Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
