Lisa
Danzer – President
Lisa Danzer is a Technology
Manager for Sun Microsystems and
has been involved in high-tech
for the past 17 years.
She started at Sun as a Systems
Engineer responsible for partner
accounts. She transitioned into
management and is currently
responsible for a team of
systems engineers and technical
sales people. She was
recognized as the District
Technology Manager of the year
for the Southern Area in 2001
and US Engineering
Manager/Director of the Year in
2002. She is a five time Sunrise
(sales club) award winner. In
2002 Lisa led a team of sales
and systems engineer that won
the "Get's It" award from thier
customer. The award was given
for exemplifying the best
partnership effort of any of
their vendors.
While at Sun, Lisa has also
assumed a role as Technical
Ambassador to the community. She
has worked to "bridge the
Digital Divide" by leading
Sun-sponsored Netday projects at
the elementary school level and
working on projects to bring
Internet access to inner city
children. She and her network of
Dallas Sun employees were
featured on the Channel 4
“Hometown Heroes” segment of the
news in May of 2001 for their
efforts at the West Dallas
Community Centers.
Lisa currently serves on the
Metroplex Technology Business
Council
(MTBC) which is a an association
of technology companies
dedicated to developing high
tech in the Dallas Metroplex.
Lisa also served on the
Executive Committee for Techknow
2001, a technology workshop
hosted by Women in Technology
International.
Prior to Sun, Lisa was a
Systems Engineer for Siemens
Pyramid
providing technical support for
high-end UNIX systems. She
began her career in the
high-tech industry in the 1980's
working for Motorola. There she
started as an Administrator and
was promoted to a Systems
Engineer while completing a
masters degree.
Lisa has a BS in Business
Administration and a Masters in
Management Information Systems
from the University of Texas at
Dallas.
Lisa was profiled in the
February 2000 issue of Women's
Enterprise
Magazine as a woman in
engineering who also balances
family life. In her spare
time, Lisa enjoys spending
time with her husband and two
sons. She is a den leader for
her son's Cub Scout pack, enjoys
reading and working in her
garden. |

Aditi Banerjee - Monthly Meeting Director
Aditi Banerjee is a Program Manager in Portable Power Management business at Texas Instruments (TI). She is responsible for execution of Product Development for Notebook Battery Gauges. She has worked in TI for 11 years in a variety of roles. She started as a Process Engineer in Semiconductor Process and Development Center. She contributed to the development of new process technologies for advanced logic and memory devices and was elected Member Group Technical Staff in 2000. She transitioned into Quality and Reliability Engineering in 2000 and qualified 130nm technology in various TI fabrication facilities. In 2003, she became Package Development Quality and Reliability Engineering Manager. She assessed and improved the reliability of semiconductor packages for Automotive applications and drove changes across world wide TI facilities to meet the stringent zero defect requirements. She received “Making the Difference” recognition from TI for her top contributions to customers and project execution. In 2005, Aditi embarked on the role of a Product Engineer in TI’s premier analog factory and established a manufacturing program to launch customer owned tooling business for a major European Automotive customer. In 2007, she entered the High Performance Analog business as a Program Manager.
Aditi holds a Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU). She has 3 US patents and 13 technical publications.
Aditi serves as the Program Director of ATW and is responsible for bringing engaging programs to ATW members, sponsors and audience. She has enjoyed being a mentor in ATW mentoring program. She also serves as the Chair of Branding committee in Industrial Advisory Board of Computer Science and Engineering department at SMU. In this role, she is responsible for guiding the department in “Brand Development & Marketing” including “Lead development for research funding”. She is a board member of Asian American Citizen’s council which assists the Asian American community to enter into mainstream through voter education & registration, civic and community services and empowerment of Asian-Americans within the DFW area. |

Marsha Clark - ELF Director
Marsha Clark is an independent consultant who founded her own company in 2000. Marsha's passion is supporting women in their personal and professional development. She is currently delivering a series of offerings to enable women to explore, discover, and optimize their potential. One of the offerings, a 12-month program called the POWER of Self, combines experiential learning and individual coaching, and provides an opportunity for women to gain greater personal clarity and a strategic framework for making more deliberate choices in all dimensions of their lives.
Prior to starting her own business in 2000, Marsha spent almost 21 years with EDS and held a variety of roles. Starting in 1978 as a secretary, she exited the company in 1999 as a Corporate Vice President. Her responsibilities ranged from HR Staff jobs to line management at the client account level, as well as serving as president of the Health Care SBU where she directed business operations, sales and marketing, and technical support for 40 clients with responsibility for $400 million in revenue and over 2,000 employees.
Marsha has a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C. She resides in Frisco, Texas with her husband Dale. She has two sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and a precious granddaughter.

Teri Cate -
Membership Director
Teri Cate has over 10 years in
the IT industry. She started in
the founding company,
Geophysical Service Inc., of
Texas Instruments doing seismic
data processing. Since then she
has moved to the Defense
Business and Corporate IT areas
of TI doing internal systems and
application support for the
facilities, environmental, and
financial groups. This covered
a wide range of areas from
mainframe systems and
client/server applications to PC
Access tools and a website.
Currently, she is doing software
quality assurance for
educational handheld devices.
Being customer focused, highly
organized, and very detailed has
helped Teri to manage projects,
find solutions, and satisfy
users. In her spare time, she
designed and programmed a
website for the Texins Sailing
Club in which she was a member
for over 10 years.
Teri has a BS in Earth Science

Marilyn Kibler - VP, at large
Marilyn Kibler has over 18 years of business leadership experience in the high tech industry. Working in a variety of leadership positions, she excelled in business development, sales and marketing and program management working with global organizations in retail, financial services, industrial, and media and entertainment industries. Marilyn brings a rich background in delivery of innovative solutions for complex business challenges to both Fortune 500 and mid market companies.
While at IBM and Xerox, she led development of consulting Practices, global alliances, business development and program management. Prior to IBM and Xerox, she developed successful leadership and sales strategies for marketing new technology and products. She is especially adept at building, mentoring, and motivating global teams using her leadership skills to develop strong collaboration for solving complex problems.
Marilyn received a BA in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM) and Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW). In her time away from work, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends. |

Julia Miller - Mentor Program Co-Director
Julia Miller is a Senior Program Manager with Sun Microsystems, Inc. She has been with Sun for over 2 years with an emphasis on leading, developing and delivering sales & technical training & development programs. Programs include mentoring, classroom training, web-based training and large scale learning events.
Prior to joining Sun Microsystems, Inc. Julia worked at Ernst & Young, Capgemini Ernst & Young and Capgemini as a management consultant and manager. During her time in management consulting she held various positions with a focus on Training, Business Process Improvements, and Software Implementations. She was also the Global Sales Learning Manager responsible for identifying curriculum and deploying methodologies to over 1500 sales professionals worldwide. This position enabled her travel to multiple countries and work with professionals from several cultures.
In her time away from work, Julia volunteers at the CONTACT Crisis Line of Dallas as part of her Junior League of Dallas service. She has been a member of Junior League of Dallas for 2 years and is actively involved in the community. Julia also enjoys reading, yoga, pilates, travel and spending time with friends.

Lin O'Neill - Mentor Program Co-Director
A former Vice President of Inflight Service and Corporate Officer for Continental Airlines, Lin blends a background in business (operations and human resources) and behavioral science to create results while maximizing employee morale.
At Continental, Lin managed several thousand employees in remote locations as well as inflight service quality. A few of her numerous accomplishments include: insuring work continuation during a strike which threatened the viability of a major transportation company and design/implementation of a team-based training program resulting in a 43 percent decrease in the division operating costs of a national agricultural firm.
Today, Lin runs her own organizational development business and helps her clients solve the stickiest people problems, both in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She knows how to empower employees while driving results, encouraging creativity, resolving conflicts, and reaching closure. Whether on site with a client or delivering a keynote address, she brings extensive experience in culture change, turnarounds, business process definition, and multi-level, cross-functional team building to her engagements.
Lin holds a BS in sociology and an MBA. For more than two years, Lin conducted a weekly talk show on a Los Angeles FM radio station. She has taught in colleges in California and Oklahoma. She is a member of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Women Business Owners, Human Capital Institute, Women of Visionary Influence, The Friday Group, and the Alliance of Technology and Women.
She is a partner in Sakred Cow™ Enterprises, a Member of the President's Advisory Council for the Dallas SPCA, Board Member for Women Connecting Women and a past Board Member for the Alliance on Aging. In addition to the world of work, a cause dear to Lin's heart is assisting senior citizens to age with grace, health, and dignity. To that end, she is licensed as an RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) Administrator and certified as an RCFE/SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) Activity Director. |

Diana Sparacin -
Vice President
Diana Sparacin is a customer-focused and team-oriented Senior Systems Architect and Program Manager. She has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to successfully develop and deliver software and systems to a wide variety of commercial and DoD customers.
As the Senior System Architect and Program Manager of the Motera product line at Elagent Corporation, Diana managed a budget in excess of 4 million annually, and led an integrated product development team to develop the framework and tool suite for process, data, and application integration; and the distributed, object-oriented, agent-based runtime environment. In addition, Diana was the program manager of several e-commerce projects and the company's CA World Exposition booth in 1999.
Upon graduation in 1983, Diana joined Texas Instruments where she worked for nearly 15 years in a wide variety of technical leadership positions. As a researcher in TI's Corporate R&D Laboratories, Diana conducted fundamental research in object-oriented databases, distributed systems, and information access and navigation; contributed to CORBA's Relationship Service; was a co-inventor of "A System and Method for Database Management Supporting Object-Oriented Programming," U.S. Patent No. 5,297,279; and a recipient of the Computer Science Center's Team Recognition Award. In addition, Diana was the software systems engineer and project manager of TI's Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) 28GHz broadband digital radio product, the first system of its kind in the US. Finally, Diana was a key member of the Advanced Logistics Project (ALP) proposal team at TI/Raytheon, who was awarded the $60M, 5-year contract from DARPA, and was subsequently a key member of ALP's core architecture team, where she was responsible for ALP's conceptual architecture, distributed systems framework, and domain model.
Diana has recently re-joined Texas Instruments, as a Senior System Architect, in Educational and Productivity Solutions, where she is bringing her customer focus and expertise in object-oriented and distributed systems, systems engineering, project management, and hands-on full lifecycle development to new products for the educational market.
Diana holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University. She is a published author and U.S. patent holder. She is a member of American Association of University Women, Association of Computing Machinery, Worldwide Institute of Software Architects, and Women in Technology International. |

Carol Trimmer - Treasurer
Carol Trimmer has over twenty years of business experience and has held a variety of leadership positions in customer service, strategic planning, operations and finance. Currently, she is Vice President of Member Services for Prime Therapeutics, a $4 billion pharmacy benefit management company, where she took customer service to a new level. Her organization was recently nominated for the 2007 Call Center of the Year award.
Prior to joining Prime Therapeutics, she worked for several Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare and travel industries. She also founded and led Golden Gifts, a manufacturer and marketer of comfort items for elderly people.
Carol is passionate about innovation and driving bottom line results. She is known for her ability to develop strong management teams and bring out the best in her team members.
Carol received an MBA from Rice University and a BA in Economics from University of Missouri. She enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling with her husband and son. She participates in the Women Unlimited Program and now serves as our ATW Dallas Chapter Treasurer. |
