Meet the Fort Worth Chapter Leadership Team:

Peggy C. Trent – Chapter
President – ATW – Ft. Worth
Peggy Trent is highly motivated,
a self-starter, and schedule
driven with more than 18 years
in the aerospace industry. Her
roles as IPT (Integrated Product
Team) Lead has been to
coordinate scheduled
deliverables with the customer
at site locations and to write
SOW (statement of work) for
additional personal, equipment
upgrades and new design.
Her background is quite diverse
with 3 years as Senior
Project/Liaison Engineer for
Bell Aerospace Services Inc. and
15 years with Bell Helicopter
Textron. She started as a
mechanical designer in
1983 and has moved up in the
company to the current position
by showing my ability to learn
quickly, understand the workflow
from start to finish,
multi-task, and be willing to
tackle any project, large or
small. She is not afraid to get
her hands dirty in field
applications and welcomes any
opportunity to work solving
problems.
After years of attending college
at night, she will receive her
BS in Business Management from
LeTourneau University in May
2004. This degree will be added
to an AS in Drafting and Design
Technology and 128 hours toward
a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
She has been AHS (American
Helicopter Society) Picnic
chairmen for events up to 500
people and President of the Ft.
Worth Needlepoint Guild from
1998-2002.
She has been one of the few
females in the male dominated
field for many years and the
opportunity to work with
professional women who have been
able to break the barriers is a
welcome opportunity. She looks
forward to passing on her
knowledge of how far women have
come, to promote and encourage a
brighter future for young women.

Larissa
Crane - Treasurer
Larissa
Crane is the Earned Value
Manager for Bell Aerospace
Services, Inc. She has 6 years
experience in the defense
industry, most of which have
been in the Earned Value
Mangement department. She is
responsible for the department’s
policies, procedures, resources,
training, and applying earned
value to all programs. Prior to
the defense industry, she worked
in the software development
field and the medical field.
Larissa has
her Bachelor in Business from
Dallas Baptist University.
She enjoys
spending time with her family,
any sports-related events,
exercising, horses, and reading. |

Stacy Dugan - Community
Relations Director
Stacy
Dugan works as an R&D Lead
within the Research Group at
Sabre Holdings, Inc. She has over
7 years of experience in the
research and development of
software applications to
automate and optimize complex
planning and operational
problems. Throughout her career
she has worked on the design and
implementation of advanced
optimization models and related
decision-support systems across
a wide range of airline
functions, including airport
ground resource management,
airline crew planning, and
real-time aircraft and crew
schedule recovery systems.
Stacy received her B.S. in
Mathematics from the University
of Massachusetts at Amherst and
a M.S. in Operations Research
from the University of Texas at
Austin.
In her spare time, Stacy enjoys
hiking, traveling, crafts,
reading and dance. She is also a
member of the Board of Directors
for the Texas Rustlers Guinea
Pig Rescue, a non-profit
organization, and maintains
their website.

Mary
Everitt – Chapter Mentor
Director
Mary Everitt is an accomplished
professional with a
multi-faceted background in
business and technical field
operations. She holds 24 years
of viable business and technical
experience including skills in
Customer service, contract
management, Customer relations,
project management, integrated
logistics support product
program management, integrated
product team leadership,
proposal development, product
marketing, product development,
contract negotiation, product
pricing mixed with
administrative support and
sales. Mary has worked for Bell
Helicopter Textron for the past
18 years. During her service
time with Bell she has held
several leadership positions
including V-22 Contracts
Specialist for production
programs, Chief of integrated
logistics support products for
CV-22 programs, V-22 Technical
Publications Integrated Product
Team Lead and VTUAV Integrated
Product Team Lead. Prior to
joining Bell she was employed in
business positions in sales,
financial and service companies.
Mary is a dedicated church
member, wife and mother. She
has been married to David
Everitt for 10 years. Her most
critical leadership position has
been serving as a role model for
her son Cody the past 18 years.
As a former graduate of Dallas
Baptist University Mary holds an
M.B.A. in Business
Administration with a
concentration in Management
Information Systems (2001) and a
B.A. in Business Administration
(1997). Her graduate project
was a strategic management
assessment of a fortune 500
company. She has demonstrated
her talent and leadership skills
through extracurricular
activities in several trade
associations. Mary is an
officer and a member in the Bell
Leadership Club - National
Management Association, National
Contracts Management Association
– Fort Worth Chapter, and the
Alliance of Technology and
Women.
Mary Everitt is also a former
graduate of Marsha Clark &
Associates “The Power of Self”
(2003) women’s leadership
discovery and development
program. She has been a
champion for coordinating a
forum to allow the women in her
corporate environment to build a
communication web in which to
connect, support, learn and grow
professionally. She firmly
believes in the altruism
philosophy of women supporting
other women. Mary believes that
by building a communication
bridge between women that
opportunities appear and
roadblocks disappear. Her hope
and goal is for ATW – Fort Worth
Chapter to grow and become the
catalyst for building an
inseparable web of connected
women professionals.

Shay Paul -
Logistics Director
A native
Texan, Shay grew up Fort Worth.
She worked in customer service
for several years then went back
to school to finish her degree.
In December 2001 she received a
Bachelor of Science in
Information Systems from the
University of Texas at
Arlington.
Since
graduating, Shay has been
working toward developing a new
career in logistics or project
management. She has worked as a
contractor for several companies
providing documentation and
coordinating resources. Shay’s
most recent position as Delivery
Coordinator for a small network
infrastructure company allowed
her to work on projects from the
beginning needs analysis and
proposals all the way through to
the post project analysis.
As a member
of ATW, Shay is excited to be a
part of building the chapter
from the ground up. She looks
forward to the challenge of
helping the Fort Worth chapter
become a resource for women and
girls interested in technology
and science careers. |

Terri
Souder - Membership Director
Terri works as a Program
Controls Officer in the
Information Technology
department at Bell Helicopter.
Terri has 6 years experience
using the Earned Value
Management processes. Terri has
been a part of numerous
multi-million dollar programs,
including the Joint Strike
Fighter (JSF), Israel F-16,
Greece F-16, and SAP
implementations. Terri has
spent her entire career in the
Aerospace industry.
Terri
received her BS from
Hannibal-LaGrange College and
her MBA from the University of
Phoenix.
In her
spare time Terri enjoys
traveling, sports, and golf. |
