Mentoring program
One of the key benefits to our members is
our Mentoring for Professionals program.
The mission of our program is to create an
environment of mutual support and sharing
among professional women through
specifically designed learning sessions and
individually prescribed mentor/mentee
relationships.
The tech
industry is one of the best places for women
to work in terms of pay, opportunities, and
challenges. Yet women occupy only 20% of
technology jobs and 11.1% of Board seats and
Officer positions in Fortune 500 technology
companies. Through mentoring by
professionals in the Phoenix tech sector, we
seek to grow the pool of experienced and
successful women in technology
organizations.
