Institute for Women's Leadership (IWL)

The Institute for Women's Leadership (IWL) provides leadership training and coaching that examines the context that underlies a leaders business decisions. Rather than focusing on what to know and do, IWL believes being an extraordinary leader is about who you are and how well you harness resources in your environment. Through their training, you discover and practice how changing your context can make break-through change a reality.

Our ATW Silicon Valley and IWL partnership offers the Leading Through Influence workshop for experienced managers, directors, and executives. The workshop helps you master the art of persuasion and influence by discovering your automatic approach to influencing others, assessing how that approach determines its impact, and learning new ways to think and communicate for greater impact. The workshop was offered in October-November 2004, April-May 2005, and January 2007.
