UPCOMING EVENTS
Event Name: Enhance Your Leadership Potential using the Enneagram System
Date & Time: Thursday, May 22, 2008 5:30 PM
Location: EMC
2831 Mission College Blvd.
Santa Clara, CA 95052
Description: Are you…
- A manager, supervisor, or director?
- A project manager or technical lead?
- In charge of a task force or committee?
- A leader in a community-based organization?
- Not currently in a leadership role, but aspiring to be in one?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you’ll want to attend this program and learn how to enhance your leadership potential using the ancient psychological system known as the Enneagram.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the single greatest predictor of success in leadership; the Enneagram is powerful and proven way to increase your EQ. In this lively, interactive program, you will learn how the Enneagram system works, identify your personal Enneagram style and find out how to use it to enhance your leadership potential.

The program is presented by Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Ph.D., who has been an organization development consultant for thirty-five years, working with Fortune 500 companies, service organizations, law firms, and nonprofit organizations. Ginger is a member of NTL, the OD Network and teaches at universities such as UCLA and Sonoma State. She is the past president of the International Enneagram Association (2004-2005), and author of Bringing Out the Best In Yourself at Work: How to Use the Enneagram System for Success (McGraw-Hill, 2004), which has been translated into five languages and What Type of Leader Are You? (McGraw-Hill,2007).
