Albany, NY - 2006 - October - Local RPI Student Receives $1,000 Scholarship from ATW Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute junior Elizabeth Delouse (class of 2008), a dual major in Psychology and Computer & Systems Engineering, has been awarded a “Great Minds” scholarship from the Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW)

Phoenix - July 21, 2006 - Non-profit group, the Alliance of Technology and Women Phoenix Chapter, was pleased to present collegiate scholarships to four talented, determined and driven women across the Valley.  The scholarships were part of ATW’s Great Minds™ Scholarship Program which encourages young women to pursue Associate and Bachelor degrees in technology-related fields.

The panel consists of women who have each risen to key national leadership roles in their respective organizations and marks the first time women have served as president in each of these organizations within the same time period.  This national tour is intended to put a personal face on the successes and challenges that shape high-profile executive careers for women in technology.

DALLAS (April 27, 2004) - Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW Dallas Chapter) will host its second annual GREAT MINDS program “Girls’ Night Out – Turning Technology into a Fun Career” at The Science Place.

The event is designed for girls ages 10 and older and the adults who escort them to educate girls about career opportunities in technology.  Wanda Gass, Technical Vice President, Texas Instruments, will deliver a keynote address to instill enthusiasm about technology careers. After her speech, the girls will participate in a Scavenger Hunt and adults can take part in a panel discussion.
