Marsha Clark & Associates

We have a simple but powerful mission:

To inspire professionally-minded women to explore, discover, and fulfill their potential. To help women embrace their power and gain clarity. Ultimately, we want women to have the tools and skills they need to make more deliberate choices.

We are partnering with ATW because we are committed to their vision. We also believe that our mission is aligned with and supports the ATW mission. Together, we can have an even greater impact on supporting women in their growth, learning, and development. Since it’s beginnings in 2000, Marsha Clark & Associates has worked with thousands of women on a national basis delivering stellar programming through workshops, speaking engagements, coaching, and a year-long leadership development program supporting women. Based on this experience of working with women-only groups, here’s what we’ve learned:

  • Women generally learn best in relationship with one another and ask more questions when there are only women in the group.
  • Women often feel alone and isolated in their organizations. Having a chance to talk with other women who have similar challenges, issues, and opportunities gives them greater confidence in addressing such challenges and issues, knowing they are not alone.
  • Women often don’t like working with or for one another because there is an air of unspoken competition. As women get to know one another beyond the surface level, they work more effectively together and have a tendency to support one another for more effective individual and overall performance.
  • Women often don’t have clarity about what they want for themselves and, therefore, don’t ask for what they want. If they do, they have difficulty holding their boundaries in an effort to please everyone around them. They often resent what happens to them and don’t understand the role they are playing in their own lives. Programs of self-awareness, understanding, choice, and action can generate enormous improvements in effectiveness and achieving desired results.

The programs and coaching staff that we’re offering through ATW reflect what we’ve learned and are designed to continue our learning. We want to do meaningful and purposeful work in our relationships with women. Won’t you come and join us in this journey of growth, learning, and effectiveness!

Arlene Rosenberg is founder of Leading Achievers, a company dedicated to providing leading-edge expertise in human potential and personal empowerment, and author of Say It, See It, Be It: How Visions & Affirmations Will Change Your Life.  For over 20 years, Arlene has specialized in coaching, speaking and training female executives and entrepreneurs and their teams on personal and professional development.  In the fall of 2006, Arlene was the featured coach for a senior IT executive on a six-part coaching series for NBC affiliate, KPNX Channel 12 and is a frequent national radio guest on empowerment and coaching.

As an international coach, Arlene shares her expertise on leadership, interpersonal communication and the power of life balance and vision with scores of corporations and associations focusing on the financial, technology and personal services sectors.  She has served clients in companies such as Citigroup, New York Life Insurance Company, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Banner Health, Computer Associates, Project Solvers, BMG Entertainment and UBS Warburg.  She has spoken to the prestigious New York Society of Security Analysts, Arizona State University, Women Entrepreneur’s Small Business Boot Camp, National Association of Women Business Owners, American Business Women’s Association, the Alliance of Technology and Women and was a keynote in ATW’s Mentoring Program for the past two years in Phoenix.

Arlene’s thesis is that everyone is born to succeed, but that success is blocked internally by two major factors:  individual life experiences and the mental conditioning of childhood.  She bases her work on the theory that one’s current situation is the direct result of what one is thinking, feeling, and believing. She guides her clients in risk taking to reprogram their negative beliefs, attitudes and habits so they can empower themselves to create new levels of achievement in their lives.

Prior to becoming an empowerment coach, professional speaker and author, Arlene was a teacher, leading sales associate for Pitney Bowes and human resources executive for Ciba Geigy.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in education from Mills College, a Master’s Equivalency from the College of New Rochelle, and participated in the Organizational Development program at Georgia State University. She is also a graduate of Coach University’s business coaching program and has been an associate with Drake Beam Morin’s Change Management program.

Arlene resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and dog, Ruffy.

Michelle Cubas is an expert enterprise coach; business author, publisher; and national public speaker. Her advanced business practice focuses on contemporary business issues like the “Currency of the New Economy”, its impact and how to make it serve the company and the individuals who are the company. Collectively, she calls it Business Literacy.

This literacy builds inclusive scaffolding—a way to communicate, to operate and to apply intelligence at every level of the business. As a National Speakers Association Member, she speaks publicly on these topics as Multi-Dimensional LeadershipTM, a core business model under Business Literacy.

In the process, Michelle’s coaching peels away years of ineffective behavior and habits and forges new pathways to professional and personal effectiveness and fulfillment. Her methods produce results and effective actions that relate to management styles, multi-generational communications, and the renewed role of personal responsibility and self-reliance in today’s global, volatile business climate. The systems work because self-referred fulfillment generates renewed energy. In the demands and extended hours of contemporary business, this energy is vital to sustain a leadership position.

Michelle consults with fledgling and international corporations, inspires business leaders to manage by values-driven principles, and serves the American Marketing Association Phoenix Chapter, City of Phoenix as a marketing consultant, and Scottsdale marketing executive committee. She lives and practices in Scottsdale, Arizona and travels internationally to deliver her messages and services.
