Yet women occupy only 20% of technology jobs and 11.1% of Board seats and Officer positions in Fortune 500 technology companies. Through Professional Mentoring, we seek to grow the pool of experienced and successful women in technical organizations and professionals.
Mission
Create an environment of mutual support and sharing among professional women through specifically designed, limited time, and individually prescribed mentor/mentee relationships.
